Your order will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days if you order a standard size dress, or 2-3 weeks for a made to fit dress.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can send the dress back to us for refund. We must be notified or your intention to return or exchange the item within 7 days of you receiving it via email. Dresses must be returned in the original condition with all tags in place, shipped at the customer's expense within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that 'Original condition' implies that the garment has not been worn, no perfume residuals, except to try it on for fit and appearance. Once the garment is received and inspected, a prompt refund or exchange will be issued, subject to all conditions being satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, please note that an administration charge of 25% of the cost of your order will be deducted for any returns, from the total refunded amount to prevent our return policy being abused. Postage is not refundable. Items marked with (+) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send that parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Dresses on special offer are not refundable.
If the dress you ordered does't fit, you can send it back for a free exchange or alternation service.
If you purchase a 'made to fit' dress then due to the particular nature of the dress being made specifically made for you, then NO REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN, we can only alter it for you. A 40 US dollars alternation fee will be charged.
