Your order will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days if you order a standard size dress, or 2-3 weeks for a made to fit dress.
The shipping charge is 18 US dollars.
Due to the nature of our products, like all other websites that sell prom and evening dresses, we do not accept returns. All products are thoroughly inspected by our shipping department to assure that you will receive your garments in perfect condition.
Most of the dresses in our websites are customized to your own measurement. So it will be a perfect fit. In rare circumstance of receiving an unfit dress, you can send it back to us for alternation.
