Black and white has become a popular color combination for party prom gowns, but they are given an extra dramatic treatment in this design. Lacy drop-shoulder straps fall from the sweetheart neckline bodice, where black embroidered vines climb up the white background fabric in stunning contrast detail. The fitted bodice drops to a low waist and the vertical black lines create a slimming effect. The top black layer of the skirt has an attractive satin sheen and is raised and held in place with fabric flowers, revealing the full, white skirt underneath.
