This dress combines the leg appeal of a double, tea length skirt with a high waist that both highlights the bust and conceals the waist. It starts with bare shoulders and a strapless bodice that forms gently to your bust with horizontal gathering for softness. The waist is located directly beneath the bust, and accented with a small bow under the left breast. Soft pleating at the waist adds some shape to the skirt and sheer overskirt. After flowing smoothly over your hips, both skirts drop relatively straight to mid-calf, where the overskirt extends slightly to overlap. You can’t help but glow when wearing this dress and it will be lively on the dance floor.
