Most girls prefer strapless dresses but this one is definitely to die for. This two-toned short dress is a lovely take on the classic dainty dress with ribbons. The dress boasts of perfect symmetry: the top with its flat smooth straps outlining the top one's bosom and the shirred layer of light blue silk which gracefully flows downwards in smooth delicate pleats and becomes the second layer of the skirt. Underneath this layer is the skirt in a darker shade of blue which is the same as the straps of the dress as well as the ribbon on the waist.
