Small-framed women will look marvellous in this voluminous aqua ruffled prom dress. The dress looks to be made from one continuous smooth and shiny fabric that is folded into ruffles starting from mid-waist in smaller folds which form into bigger ruffles as you move from waist to hemline adding volume to the dress and giving you that more full-figured look. The dress is adequately accentuated with beadwork in the bosom area and one side of the hip. A silver necklace and pair of earrings can be worn with this dress to form continuity with the beautiful embroidery in front.
