This floor-length prom dress in powder blue will make you stand out on that special night! The top is embellished with rust-colored floral details, which keeps the attention on the upper part of the chest and gives a feminine look. The spaghetti strap top will also flatter women with small to average breasts, and is a great way to show off your arms and shoulders. The tiered skirt is made of a sheer fabric with ruffled hemlines, also in baby blue. The layers of the long skirt appear to elongate the legs. Complete the outfit with a matching headband and chandelier earrings!
