This dramatic cocktail gown is a young and fresh style. The fabric of the bodice is ruched through the center line, to create an appearance of a longer body. Spaghetti halter neck straps support the bodice. Tiered layers of sheer fabric float in the flirty skirt, and the handkerchief hemlines create a compelling design. The bright blue color is a breath of fresh air at any part or special occasion and looks great whether you are a blonde, brunette or red head. The light, gossamer fabric makes it a great choice for outdoor events in summer time, by the pool or on the beach.
